We are looking for a Finance Lead responsible for helping manage the finance and accounting functions and helping build a scalable financial infrastructure for our business. You will become a key team member, working with other functions and the executive team to help shape our financial reporting, internal control policies, and forecasting. The right candidate will have exceptional financial and analytical skills, and the ability to understand business activities across our key segments and support our growth with best-in-class reporting and forecasting.

• Lead finance and accounting functions of the company, including ownership of financial reporting and analysis, tax filings, budgeting/forecasting, and audit management
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Develop monthly financial reports, forecasts, and dashboards to drive decision-making and shape strategic initiatives
• Own monthly close process and preparation of monthly management financials with support from our outsourced accounting team
• Manage key relationships with external auditors and other vendors

• 2-5 years past experience in similar roles, CPA preferred. Past experience working at a venture-backed and/or technology business is a plus
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and financial systems within the software industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Open-mindedness and curiosity; a ‘can do’ attitude
